Standards

  • Accountability

Responsible technology begins with understanding who will use it, for what purpose and under whose authority. CyberListen is committed to assessing prospective engagements against their intended use, the end user’s authority and the potential impact on human rights. That commitment includes clearly defined responsibilities, an agreed scope of work and ensuring that any permissions or export authorisations required for the engagement are in place.

  • Integrity

Our purpose is to support authorised government security, law-enforcement and intelligence agencies in protecting communities from terrorism, serious crime and other threats to public safety. Respect for human rights, privacy and the rule of law is fundamental to that purpose. We are committed to assessing credible reports of misuse and taking appropriate action based on the findings, our responsibilities and applicable law.

  • Excellence

We measure quality by technical reliability, analytical clarity and practical value. Our standard is technology that is carefully engineered and evaluated against its intended purpose, with clear documentation and understandable outputs. We focus on capabilities that help the people using them make informed decisions and carry out their responsibilities effectively.

  • Spirit and Culture

Progress requires the confidence to question established approaches and pursue difficult technical problems. From Riyadh, CyberListen’s ambition is to advance cybersecurity and intelligence capabilities through focused research and product development. We approach that ambition with disciplined judgement and a clear understanding of the responsibility that comes with powerful technology.

Engagement

How an engagement starts.

  1. 01

    Initial discussion

Send your name, organisation and the requirement to support@cyberlisten.com. A request is discussed first. Do not attach credentials or sensitive case files.

  2. 02

    Scope and proposal

If both sides proceed, the proposal names the question or the systems, the output, who may see the material, and the authority for the work.

  3. 03

    Agreed delivery

A signed agreement governs the engagement. This website describes the company. It does not itself create that agreement.
