Terms
Terms and conditions.
These terms cover cyberlisten.com. A signed engagement may add duties. It cannot set aside a mandatory rule of Saudi law.
Effective 25 September 2026. CyberListen is based in Riyadh, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The terms are published in English, French, and Arabic. If a government customer or a competent authority requires a particular language, that text prevails for that instrument.
01Who is bound
Anyone using this site is bound by these terms. They do not, by themselves, license software or oblige us to build anything. That takes a separate written agreement.
“CyberListen”, “we”, and “us” mean the operator of this site, based in Riyadh. “You” means the person or organisation using the site or writing to support@cyberlisten.com.
02What we offer
We provide intelligence services, cybersecurity services, and products developed from our research in Riyadh. A product or a custom build is supplied only under a separate written agreement. Cybersecurity covers defence of systems in operation — security operations, SIEM, EDR and XDR, patch management, training, and awareness — together with authorised testing, digital forensics, and incident response. MITRE ATT&CK is used as a knowledge base for adversary behaviour where it matches the work. It is not a certification.
We work with material and systems you are entitled to give us. Customer-authorised log collection and forensic acquisition are part of the cybersecurity services. We do not intercept communications or access a system without authority, and we do not run sources. Asking us to do so is refused. That limit also follows the Anti-Cyber Crime Law, Royal Decree No. M/17 dated 8/3/1428H (26 March 2007).
03The site and an engagement
Pages on this site are information. They are not an offer you can accept by clicking, and this site does not take payment. Cookie use is described on the cookies page. The E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126 dated 7/11/1440H) is met in the contract if a supply falls under it.
An email is a request for a conversation, not an order. If a later agreement is made electronically, the Electronic Transactions Law (Royal Decree No. M/18 dated 8/3/1428H) applies to that record.
04Using the site
Do not probe, break, or overload the site, misrepresent who you are, or send malware. Do not ask for a tool whose purpose is an offence under the law of the Kingdom.
Do not send classified material, passwords, or sensitive personal data in a first message. If an engagement later needs that material, the contract says how it is handled.
05Your material
You keep what you are entitled to give us. You confirm that you have the right to share it, and that any personal data in it can be processed for the purpose you describe.
We do not reuse your case material for another customer. We keep the minimum record of the enquiry that the Personal Data Protection Law and ordinary accounting require.
06Crossing a border
Software, technology, or access given to a person outside the Kingdom is a transfer. It happens only after the classification described on the compliance page, which is part of these terms.
Tell us the end user, the end use, and the destination before any such transfer. A false statement is a reason to stop the work.
07Intellectual property
The site, the name, the logo, and our products stay ours or our licensors’, except for your material. A contract may license a product or assign a custom build. Until it is signed, nothing here is a license.
You may quote a short passage inside your organisation if the source stays attached. Do not present the site as yours.
08Fees and tax
The public site is free. Fees for a service, a product, or a build are in the contract.
Where CyberListen makes a taxable supply in the Kingdom, the invoice follows the Value Added Tax Law (Royal Decree No. M/113 dated 2/11/1438H) and the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority e-invoicing rules. A tax number is printed on the invoice, not on this page.
09Liability
The public site is provided as it stands. We do not promise that a page is complete, or that access will never be interrupted.
To the extent Saudi law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes only from using the public site. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability the law of the Kingdom does not allow us to limit. Liability for a signed engagement is stated in that agreement, subject to the same rule.
10Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction, without affecting any forum a mandatory rule assigns to a government customer or a data subject.
