Disclaimer
Disclaimer.
cyberlisten.com describes the company. It does not perform the work, and it does not create an obligation to perform it.
Effective 25 September 2026. This disclaimer sits with the terms. A signed contract can be more specific. It cannot set aside a mandatory rule of Saudi law.
01Where enquiries are handled
The deployment in Riyadh is in progress. Until it is complete, business enquiries are handled from South Africa or Lebanon, where the company’s branches and research and development divisions are already established.
02What the site is
The pages describe CyberListen, based in Riyadh, and the services and research the company is prepared to discuss. Products from our research are not on public sale from this site.
A page that describes a service is a description of the work. It is not a statement that a particular team is free this week, or that a particular job has been accepted.
03Not advice
Nothing here is legal advice, security advice, or an operational instruction. Do not rely on a page to decide whether a system is safe, whether a transfer is lawful, or whether an authority covers a particular act.
The compliance page states rules we follow and rules we have chosen. It is not a license, a certificate, or a letter from a regulator.
04Not an offer
You cannot accept an offer by using the site or by sending an email. An email is a request for a conversation. Fees, scope, and handling are in a contract, if we both sign one.
The site does not take payment and does not create an account.
06What not to send
Do not attach classified material, passwords, or sensitive personal data to a first email. If a later engagement needs that material, the contract says how it moves.
Do not send anything you are not entitled to share.
07Pages change
We correct pages when they are wrong. A description can be withdrawn. The copy on the day you read it is not a promise that it will stay.
Questions go to support@cyberlisten.com. The courts of Riyadh have the jurisdiction the terms describe.
