Bring CyberListen capabilities to your customers.
We welcome enquiries from technology resellers, systems integrators and specialist firms interested in bringing CyberListen’s cybersecurity solutions and products to their markets. Each relationship is agreed around the offering, customer requirements and delivery responsibilities.
The purpose of that work is helping governments protect communities and strengthen public safety. A partnership is not a government contract, an endorsement or a procurement status.

Who the programme is for
The programme is for technology resellers, systems integrators and specialist firms that want to bring approved CyberListen offerings to their customers.
The primary model is an authorised reseller relationship. The partner sells approved offerings under a written agreement. A separate referral arrangement may be considered where CyberListen contracts directly with the customer.
These are different models. A reseller relationship does not include a referral fee, and a referral arrangement does not include a right to resell.
02
What partners may offer
Only approved offerings that are commercially available may be resold. InvestiGATE Pro and Synapse can be discussed from the Products page. An enquiry is not approval to resell either product.
Service delivery, implementation and support require responsibilities that are agreed separately. Being a reseller does not authorise a partner to perform every CyberListen service.

How we work together
Where a written relationship is in place, collaboration can cover the following. Each item is limited to what that agreement sets out.
- Approved technical and commercial information.
- Defined sales and technical contacts.
- Product enablement appropriate to the offering.
- Joint assessment of suitable opportunities.
- Agreed responsibilities for implementation and customer support.

How an enquiry progresses
An enquiry moves through the steps below, in this order. It can stop at any step.
- Initial enquiry.
- Capability and market review.
- Commercial discussion.
- Written agreement.
- Onboarding and approved opportunities.
